What will you do?
  • Lead and mentor the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • Train and develop team members, sharing your passion and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated work ethic
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
  • Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
  • Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
  • Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
More about you
  • Previous hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Food Safety certificate
  • Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
