Job Description
What you will be doing:
Provision of friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets the guests' expectations.

Your Daily Mission Will Include

  • Perform the tasks of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
  • Taking orders, ensure following sequence of service to a 5 star standard.
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy by following a hygienic food service techniques during service.
  • Take responsibility for your designated area / section and station.
  • Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.

Qualifications
Your experience, skills and qualifications include:
You Will Ideally Have Previous Experience As a Food & Beverage Server. A La Carte Service, Bar And Banquets And Events Experience Are Valued, However Not Essential. In Addition

  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Hold a valid RSA in South Australia
  • The ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
