Based in Thomastown, as Pricing and Data Lead, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) leading a small team, reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer.
In this newly created role, you will be accountable for the development, implementation, and governance of data-led pricing strategies that enable sustainable value creation.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
Develop and lead the enterprise-wide pricing strategy that aligns with our growth agenda, brand positioning, and channel strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
Oversee the use of pricing and sales data to unlock margin opportunities and improve decision quality through dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools.
Lead the cross-functional pricing alignment program in conjunction with the ERP rollout, ensuring commercial requirements are embedded in system design.
Partner with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to support key initiatives including range reviews, price repositions, and major customer proposals.
About You:
Demonstrated experience leading a pricing function in a similar environment, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a systems-oriented mindset, comfortable working across ERP, BI, and pricing.
Drive ongoing improvements within the function, including automating repetitive tasks, enhancing forecasting algorithms, and integrating new data sources.
Lead and build the team through mentoring and upskilling data analysts and pricing specialists.
