As we embark on a new chapter of growth, we are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive profitable growth across our Australia and New Zealand markets.
Job Description:
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure competitive, value-driven pricing that supports our sustainable growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing pricing strategies and policies to drive profitable growth
Analyzing pricing data, market trends, and competitor activity to guide decision making
Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns with strategic pricing proposals
Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to support SAP S/4Hana pricing migration
Creating and maintaining pricing performance reports and dashboards
Providing insights on pricing sensitivity, win/loss analysis, and margin impact
Leading continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes, and governance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5–7 years' experience in corporate or consulting roles with exposure to pricing functions
Proven experience implementing pricing processes and leading change
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
CPP certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a partnering mindset
