We're seeking a motivated Leading Hand who can work with a team across various structure and bridge projects around Perth and Regional WA. A hands-on position with an experienced team, providing opportunities to upskill.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience on a construction site
  • Be able to work independently, as well as being a team player
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Self-motivated with ability to communicate well with contractor and team
  • Commitment to OSH
  • White card
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to participate in and learn all aspects of timber, concrete bridge and reinforced concrete construction.
  • Flexibility with working in Perth and Regional WA when required
  • Previous experience with formwork & concrete
  • Ability to handle a diverse range of power and hand tools, such as grinders, hammers, drills, and more.
  • Pass a medical
Desired but not essential:
  • Excavator, Skid Steer Loader, EWP, Chain Saw Ticket, Working at Heights, CN ticket, Dogman, HR ticket
  • Ability to weld
  • Traffic Management Accreditation – BWTM & TC preferred
  • Experience working on Timber Bridges
