As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a hands-on Installation Manager who thrives on teamwork, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion

What You'll Do
As a key player in our operations team, you'll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish:

Manage the full installation lifecycle– from check measures, installation and job preparation to client handover

Lead and support a team of installersto deliver high-quality finishes

Maintain anorganised, safe, and clean worksitein line with Soltex standards

Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and top-tier customer service throughout the process

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a motivated professional who combines trade skills with natural leadership and a passion for problem-solving.

Required:

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials -Must be hands-on and comfortable working on-site as part of the team

Great communication skills and strong attention to detail

Proven experience leading teams of tradesmen onsite delivering excellent results

Previous experience in trade, construction, carpentry, glazing, installation, or similar hands-on roles

Strong experience in site measuring, fabrication, and product installation

Highly Desirable:

Extensive knowledge and experience with similar products and manufactures within our product range

Background in site based installations with varied trade skills

Team leadership or mentoring experience
