A rare opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented professional to join the People Department in the newly created role of People Coordinator. If you enjoy working with people and supporting their professional needs, reviewing and streamlining talent acquisition and talent management workflows, this role is for you Join a team of motivated professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional people solutions.

The Role

As the People Coordinator within the Talent Team, you will play an integral role in optimising the Talent Team's services to the AVM team. Reporting to the People Manager, your infectious personality will contribute to improving efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless HR operations within a dynamic and fast-paced events organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Together with your talent management team, engage in acquisition, training, attraction and retention, induction and onboarding practices that align to good corporate governance.
Skills You Will Bring To The Role
  • Experience in human resource administrative activities.
  • Strong organisational skills which demand an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, and within a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dexterity in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems (e.g. Humanforce, Cognology, Subscribe HR etc.).
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in HR, business administration, or a related field.
