Responsibilities:

  • Define Salesforce technical requirements, design, review solutions within Salesforce and its immediate integrations, and recommend improvements via Key Design Decision packs.
  • Ensure development follows Salesforce CRM architecture, product roadmap, and best practices.
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Approve configuration and coded items for deployment.
  • Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams.
  • Guide user stories for Functional Consultants and development teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience leading Salesforce projects.
  • Wide architectural knowledge across Salesforce clouds and industry solutions.
  • Practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce and Vlocity configurations.
  • Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts.
