Job Description

As a pivotal member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver Salesforce-based solutions as part of a high-profile transformational program.

You will support the creation and review of design standards and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions ensuring robustness, reusability, performance, and quality.

  • Ensure adherence to governance and coding standards through regular reviews.
  • Support the code deployment process across all environments including Production.
  • Actively participate in daily Scrum activities.
  • Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components in collaboration with developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce Vlocity solution delivery.
  • Build team capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the implementation of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • Experience building and working with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer.
  • Experience working with Source Control tools such as GitLab and package-based development.
  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
