RESEARCH, ANALYSIS and DESIGN
  • Experience working with different stakeholders to elicit and understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of business workflows and business processes, and BPMN modelling. Desirable: Make considered, thoughtful, and evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and consider all aspects of the organisation's and clients' needs, including commercial considerations, sustainability of solutions, security, records management, archiving requirements, and alignment with business and ICT strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-level integration solutions.
  • Ability to build data models based on business requirements.
  • Experience leveraging and championing out-of-the-box functionality and configuration rather than coding whenever possible.
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes, improvements, and efficiencies to their business processes, especially when adapting to out-of-the-box workflows.
IMPLEMENTATION and DELIVERY
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects. (Note: There is a conflicting statement indicating "At least 5 years"; clarification needed.)
  • Experience building and delivering enterprise-level integration solutions.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce, including building/modifying custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing, and related configurations.
  • Experience tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.
COLLABORATING, MENTORING and LEADING
  • Act as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals within the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, online—and ability to tailor communications for different audiences.
  • Experience making persuasive, evidence-based recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Ability to work closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, developing positive relationships.
  • Ability to work within a project team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive relationships.
SUPPORT and SUSTAINMENT
  • Experience transitioning projects to sustainment.
  • Providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
TOOLS and PROCESS
  • Experience with Azure DevOps. Highly desirable.
  • Experience tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks. Highly desirable.
  • Experience with version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community to stay updated on features, issues, and vulnerabilities.
INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS
  • Salesforce Architect certifications. Highly desirable.
  • Salesforce Designer certifications. Highly desirable.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I. Yes.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II. Highly desirable.
  • Salesforce Omnistudio Developer. Desirable.
