Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting with the development of a comprehensive quality management system, including policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure that all company procedures and products meet internal quality standards as well as external regulations.
  • Perform and participate in internal & external audits as required according to the audit schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Preparing & revising master quality documents.
  • Lead investigations into quality deviations & non-conformances.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the company.
  • Testing and release of raw materials, packaging materials and finished product as required.
  • Ensure all employees have training insafety, qualityand applicable regulationsassociated with their role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience in a Quality role of 2+ years in the cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, such as GMP, ISO & COSMOS standards.
  • Experience in conducting audits & inspections.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members to achieve results.
  • Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
