The Role

Due to continued growth and success, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will lead and manage the delivery of electrical designs across a range of projects.

The successful candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, excel in client interaction and team coordination, and consistently deliver high-quality electrical services designs.

Strong communication skills and comprehensive experience in the local Building Services Industry are essential, along with a passion for contributing to the company\'s culture and collaborating with a skilled, dynamic team.

The Duties & Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned Electrical Engineering activities from project establishment to completion
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with applicable codes and standards
  • Identify and manage all interfaces throughout project execution
  • Manage assigned work to meet project needs and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
  • Control costs effectively and ensure work is completed within budgeted timeframes
  • Attend client meetings and site inspections
  • Provide detailed designs of electrical services
  • Project manage multidisciplinary engineering teams on various projects, including risk identification and management
The Skills & Experience
  • Degree qualified engineer recognised by Engineers Australia
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a building services environment
  • Proficient in design and analysis of electrical, power, lighting, communications, security, and data services, with comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and standards
  • Excellent team player with strong client-facing communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in AGI32, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft, and Excel
  • Must provide 2 Work Referees
