Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Mission Critical team. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects and mission-critical infrastructure for some of the world's leading technology clients.

What is your role?

You'll take a key leadership role within our national Mission Critical team, contributing to the planning, design and delivery of technically complex data centre and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with national and international clients, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, resilient engineering solutions.

You'll provide leadership in client engagement, team mentoring, project delivery, and technical design - supporting everything from feasibility through to detailed design and construction. You will also be instrumental in shaping our data centre capability and mentoring the next generation of technical leaders at ADP.

About You

Electrical engineer with 8+ years of experience in the building services industry and a strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects across critical infrastructure.
Deep expertise in data centre design and delivery, with a focus on resilient, efficient electrical systems and a strong appreciation for operational continuity and performance.
Demonstrated success in managing project teams, engaging with clients, and delivering strategic outcomes across multidisciplinary environments.
Experience spanning diverse sectors such as mission critical, defence, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects, with an understanding of the regulatory and operational complexities involved.
Confident managing competing priorities, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Hold (or are eligible for) professional registration and understand your obligations as a senior design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
