Job Description

As a Sales Capability Development Partner, you'll report to the State Sales Manager and partner with stores to develop sales capabilities that drive profitable sales growth for defined services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales targets are met by identifying area and store opportunities and developing strategies and targets to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the State Sales Manager - Services to create and implement strategies for stores with tangible outcomes and achievable time frames.
  • Collaborate with store leadership teams to facilitate face-to-face learning and coaching solutions that support sales of services products.
  • Conduct skills assessments, gap analysis, and action planning using standard tools and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Measure the improvement of services product sales for stores and areas.
  • Conduct routine Financial Services compliance audits.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work directly with store leadership teams to ensure key compliance metrics are met, including conducting routine compliance audits.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 months leading a high-performing team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of internal systems.
  • Demonstrated success in services sales.
