Salary: Base + uncapped commission + great benefits package

We recruit for deep tech, engineering and technology for complex technical roles across Australia?NZ. We're growing fast and looking for several driven consultants to join the team.

What we're looking for

You might have no experience. Or you could be an established recruiter looking for more freedom and better rewards. Either way:

  • You build trust quickly with clients and candidates
  • You take ownership of your desk and performance
  • You're commercially minded but genuinely care about the people you work with
  • You value quality over quantity, and you're not afraid to do things differently

What you'll be doing

  • Developing your niche and building long-term client partnerships
  • Working with startups, scaleups, and technical teams solving real problems
  • Sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates in engineering, software, and tech
  • Running a 360 desk with support where you need it, freedom where you want it
