As a Recruitment Consultant at my client, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, building relationships, and sourcing top-tier IT talent.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends (SAP or ERP experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
