Well established recruitment consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Excellent entry level opportunity to launch or build upon your professional career. No recruitment experience necessary but must love talking to people.
- Position based near Green Square station
- $100K package including commission

**The Role**

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to manage a warm desk including Sales, Marketing & Operations recruitment.

Responsibilities include:

- Organising and conducting interviews
- Liaising with clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting recruitment database searches
- Undertaking reference checks
- Updating spreadsheets
- Drafting CVs
- Researching job postings
- Updating / maintaining databases
- General recruitment administration

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Friendly phone manner
- Love connecting with people
- A good work ethic and a team player
