Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant, located in Sydney, NSW. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing and executing the recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates, and providing consultative support to clients on staffing needs. This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both the healthcare professionals and the clinical facilities we serve.
Qualifications
Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting
Skills in Consulting and Interviewing
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
