Are you passionate about retail, visual merchandising, and developing high-performing teams? Levi's is looking for a dynamic and results-driven VIC Cluster Coordinator - Melbourne Metro & Geelong region to lead and grow our presence across key Myer and David Jones locations in metro Melbourne and Geelong, including Geelong, Highpoint, Northland, and Melbourne City.

About the role

As the VIC Cluster Coordinator for the Metro Melbourne & Geelong region, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of your pad locations, covering Levi's Men's, Women's, and Curve categories. Your duties include leading a team of Sales Stylists, delivering training, managing visual merchandising execution, and ensuring brand standards are met. This multifaceted leadership role offers variety and challenge every day.

You will work closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Experience Manager to implement national strategies at the store level while engaging local teams and maintaining sales focus and brand standards.

Your territory

This role oversees Levi's pads within Myer and David Jones stores located in:

  • Geelong
  • Highpoint (Maribyrnong)
  • Northland (Preston)
  • Melbourne CBD

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pad performance across your cluster of Myer and David Jones locations
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Stylists
  • Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
  • Manage rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget
  • Oversee store visual merchandising standards, fixtures, POS, and promotional setups
  • Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations
  • Develop strong relationships with store leadership and VM teams
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
  • Support seasonal range reviews and promotional planning

Key Competencies

  • Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
  • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
  • A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
