Overview
Join Levi Strauss & Co. as the VIC Cluster Coordinator - South-East Melbourne.
Lead and grow Levi's presence across key Myer and David Jones locations in South-East Melbourne, including Doncaster, Fountain Gate, Southland, Chadstone and Eastland.
As VIC Cluster Coordinator - South-East Melbourne, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of your pad locations (Levi's Men's, Women's and Curve categories).
You'll lead a team of Sales Stylists, deliver training, manage visual merchandising execution, and deliver training.
This is a multifaceted leadership role where no two days look the same.
You'll work closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Experience Manager to roll out national strategies at the pad level while ensuring local teams are engaged, sales-focused and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Drive pad performance across your cluster of Myer and David Jones locations
Lead, train and develop a team of Sales Stylists
Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
Manage rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget
Oversee store visual merchandising standards, fixtures, point-of-sale, and promotional setups
Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations
Develop strong working relationships with store leadership and VM teams
Analyse sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
Support seasonal range reviews and promotional planning
Key Competencies
Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
Strong leadership, training and team development skills
A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
Highly organised with an ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
