Job Title: VIC Cluster Coordinator

This role involves leading and growing the brand's presence across key locations in Melbourne Metro & Geelong region, including Geelong, Highpoint, Northland, and Melbourne City.

  • Drive sales performance across your cluster of stores.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations.
  • Manage employee schedules, timesheets, and payroll within budget constraints.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, fixtures, POS, and promotional setups.
  • Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations.

About the Role: You will be responsible for leading a team, managing visual merchandising execution, and ensuring brand standards are met. This multifaceted leadership role offers variety and challenge every day.

You will work closely with senior managers to implement strategies at the store level while engaging local teams and maintaining sales focus and brand standards.

Your Territory: This role oversees the brand's presence in: Geelong, Highpoint (Maribyrnong), Northland (Preston), and Melbourne CBD.
