The Role

Step into a senior leadership role that blends technical authority, business strategy, and industry influence. As Associate / Technical Director of Structures, you'll drive delivery of complex building projects while shaping the long-term vision of a consultancy known for its technical pedigree and collaborative culture.


You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor the next generation of structural leaders, and remain hands-on with high-profile projects, ensuring technical excellence is never compromised.

What You'll Bring
  • CPEng registered.
  • 15-20+ years in structural engineering with a proven record in high-value, complex building projects.
  • Strong leadership profile - guiding teams, influencing clients, and representing the business at industry level.
  • Technical expertise across design, compliance, and constructability for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding of project delivery, risk management, and client engagement.
