Asset Protection Administration Officer – 2-month temporary contract

Location: Eastern Victoria – approximately 100km east of Melbourne

Hours: 38 hours per week (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Contract: ASAP start – 2 months

Rate: $45 per hour plus super

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all asset protection enquiries and bookings
  • Process asset protection permit applications efficiently and accurately
  • Handle public counter enquiries when they arise
  • Manage the bond refund process, liaising between applicants and the Finance Department
  • Organise meetings and take minutes as required
What we're looking for
  • Previous local council experience
  • Strong administrative skills and proven customer service ability
  • Experience using TechOne will be highly regarded
  • Willingness to undergo a police check
