About the roleThis is a full-time role based in Malaga, WA 6090. As a key member, you will be responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of services and projects.
What you'll be doing- Implementing roster to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services
- Liaising with employees and clients
- Coordinating the work of personnel, equipment and resources to meet project objectives
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Mobilising people to sites and complying with their induction process
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve project delivery processes and procedures
- Proven experience in this role or similar role
- Strong management skills, monitor progress, and report on project status
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, security personnel, and other stakeholders
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation
