About the role

This is a full-time role based in Malaga, WA 6090. As a key member, you will be responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of services and projects.

What you'll be doing
  • Implementing roster to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Liaising with employees and clients
  • Coordinating the work of personnel, equipment and resources to meet project objectives
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Mobilising people to sites and complying with their induction process
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve project delivery processes and procedures
What we\'re looking for
  • Proven experience in this role or similar role
  • Strong management skills, monitor progress, and report on project status
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, security personnel, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation
