Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications with high volume data entry.
  • Organise and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and process invoices and other financial documentation.
  • May sometimes complete admin at events and so field work may be required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with public sector processes is advantageous but not essential.
