Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications with high volume data entry.
- Organise and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process invoices and other financial documentation.
- May sometimes complete admin at events and so field work may be required.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with public sector processes is advantageous but not essential.
