Due to our expansion into care for all cancer, we are growing as an organization. We are looking for a Senior Supporter Care Officer (newly created role) to join our team and provide exceptional supporter experiences by balancing direct supporter engagement with team training and supervision.
Main responsibilities- Providing initial and ongoing training and support for Supporter Care Officers
- Overseeing team workflow and providing direction regarding priorities
- Creating and maintaining process documentation and contributing to process improvements
- Assisting with reporting and dashboards to ensure team KPI's are met
- Handling queries, requests and complaints from supporters across multiple channels
- Supporting the retention strategy by thanking supporters for their gift, updating payment details and managing cancellations in line with retention guidelines
- Ensuring all data is kept up-to-date, accurate and secure within our CRM environment
- Performing general admin tasks to assist with fundraising activities
Our ideal candidate has at least two years experience in a customer service or telemarketing environment (preferably in fundraising) as a team coach / trainer. Previous use of a CRM database (Salesforce preferred) required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent organisation and time management, agility, strong communication, and attention to detail. We are looking for an empathetic, patient and understanding team player.
