We're Hiring: Business Operations Manager
Location: North of the City | Finance & Admin Team
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our dedicated Finance and Admin team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact across the business.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll work closely with a small, hardworking team while playing a key part in shaping and supporting the day-to-day functions of our organisation. Ideally, you'll bring experience from the automotive retail industry, particularly in finance or operational support.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our business operations, leading and coordinating a wide range of responsibilities including:
Recruitment and onboarding across the business
Employee relations and engagement
HR policy development and compliance
Workplace Health and Safety
HR administration and reporting
Leading the finance team across payroll, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory control
Overseeing facility maintenance and security
Supporting executive leadership and coordinating company events
