Senior Operions Manager

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead our Oil & Gas and Operations Business Unit, ensuring top-tier service delivery aligned with safety, customer satisfaction, and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be key to achieving our Mission Zero safety culture, driving profitability, improving delivery performance, and scaling our capabilities.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure daily schedule accuracy, safety, and service delivery
- Oversee fleet management, resource planning, and cost control
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with insights and improvements
- Provide frontline supervision and support to site teams
- Drive team morale, training, and high-performance culture
- Lead safety audits, incident follow-ups, and compliance checks
- Customer & Contract Management:
- Maintain strong client communication and resolve service issues promptly
- Support contract renewals, scope changes, and strategic growth opportunities
- Monitor asset utilisation, costs, and profitability
- Oversee workforce planning and procurement approvals
- Collaborate with finance to report on margins and efficiency measures

- Proven leadership experience in Oil & Gas operations or similar industries
- Strong safety culture advocate with a track record of Mission Zero initiatives
- Excellent communication, team development, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on operational KPIs and financial results
