What You'll Be Doing

The primary purpose of the role is to provide support for educational program activities. In this role, the ESO will independently to liaise with and coordinate the activities of program participants; assist with the development and delivery of educational activities; carry out a range of project management tasks; ensure effective liaison among all stakeholders and engage in evaluation and quality improvement of educational projects.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

• Strong organisational skills and experience in project management.
• Experience implementing education and training programs and the ability to facilitate participant-centred learning using principles of adult learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including capacity to prepare high quality reports, briefings, submissions, business cases and correspondence.
