A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

With decades of experience and customer loyalty, this Australian digital bank is seeking a National Sales Manager, Partnerships to join them on their continual growth journey. Supporting the Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers, this role will see you harvest new aggregator and broker partnerships, whilst maintaining existing ones, coaching and leading the sales team to grow market share and both influencing and building customer experience strategies.

With a service offering across both residential and business lending, your experience leading a sales team in lending will be invaluable. You will also have:

• Experience partnering with the aggregator & broker sector, including demonstrated existing relationship
• Experience across residential lending is essential ideally coupled with exposure to business or commercial lending
• Experience working with a smaller bank or organization preferred
• Demonstrated sales leadership success
• An energetic, driven and resilient approach
