Your Team

Finance Operations is part of CFS's Finance & Fund Services Business Unit which is accountable for CFS to achieve its strategic financial objectives. The Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Analyst – Finance Operations role is pivotal in the end-to-end administration of the accounts payable, client billings, and accounts receivable functions. This position interacts with both internal and external stakeholders directly and indirectly including CFS employees and third party suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Timely and Accurate Processing of Accounts Payable (AP) Deliverables and proactively manage Aged AP/Creditors
  • Validate invoices against purchase orders for business approval
  • Assist with purchase order and invoice queries
  • Issue Tax Invoices to clients as per business requests
  • Assist with month-end and bank reconciliation queries from CFS Group Finance teams
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes where possible

Your Capability And Experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable function
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results driven environment
  • Ability to use multiple systems and understand complex information
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
