Site Manager, NSW, Commercial Fit out

Are you looking for the opportunity to work for one of Australia's fastest growing construction companies in a highly collaborative and fun team? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW team

The Opportunity

·You'll be working on a diverse range of construction, fit out & refurb projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety.

·Scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget.

·You'll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company.

About you:

·5+ years in construction as a Site Manager with some experience in live environment works essential.

·Commercial fit-out/refurb/new build experience (retail experience a bonus).

·Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders.

·Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree)

·A track record of successfully delivering complex, live-environment projects

·A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery

·Confident with IT/tech/apps (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Procore)

·Australian resident qualified to work in Australia
