Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs (Healthcare Focus) Location : Metro Sydney – Western Sydney & CBD Projects Type : Permanent | Full-Time Salary : $140 K–$150 K + Super (negotiable for outstanding candidates) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit-out projects, with a particular focus on medical and healthcare facilities such as plastic surgery clinics and medical centres.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-standard project delivery.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and trades Maintain quality control to prevent delays and rework Enforce OH&S policies on-site Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and contracts Collaborate with the project management team and provide progress updates using digital tools Allocate appropriate tools and equipment for site teams Ensure effective housekeeping and site organisation Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across various trades, including: Concreting, glazing, metalwork, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire services, civil and structural elements Coordinate combined services drawings with services contractors and structural/civil teams About You You have a solid background in commercial, architectural, or retail fit-outs, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector.
