Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in North Plympton, Adelaide on a permanent full-time basis. With a team of approximately 14 administration staff and 36 technicians, your role will play a crucial role in assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced office.

Base pay

A$60,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Receiving in excess of 50 inbound calls and email enquiries from a range of clients including domestic, commercial, builders, etc.
  • Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately.
  • Scheduling appointments for clients.
  • Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with fellow colleagues.
  • Meeting call and internal sales targets.
  • Maintaining databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
  • Managing your email autonomously.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure office efficiency and a positive work environment.
  • Providing assistance and learning all aspects of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential) with the ability to confidently handle juggling multiple tasks at once without losing composure.
  • Confident in allocating and scheduling jobs to technicians.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Ability to work with multiple database systems and email programs; experience with word and spreadsheet packages desirable.
  • Proficient in verbal and electronic communications.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver a "wow" experience to customers.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to support colleagues.
  • Professional, reliable and punctual.
  • Accurately enter data into systems.
