Responsibilities will include:
This role is built around the 3 core pillars of Automotive Retail Floor Manager: People, Process & Product.
Lead and inspire a team of Sales Consultants.
Coach, mentor and drive performance through one-on-ones and daily huddles
Process – Structure That Drives Results
Embed best-in-class processes across enquiry handling, appraisals, CRM, delivery and follow-up
Product – Represent with Confidence
Maintain showroom standards, manage demo fleet, and ensure stock readiness
Consistently monitor your online showroom presence, including dealer website & autogate
Set and achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales KPIs
Collaborate with OEMs and marketing on stock strategy and local campaigns
Ensure compliance with dealer processes, manufacturer programs and WHS standards
Provide strong, hands-on leadership with accountability and integrity
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager in a retail dealership
Incredible ability to energize the team
A passion for leading people and building team culture
Strong understanding of sales process discipline and CRM utilisation
The ability to manage multi-brand, high-volume sales operations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A professional, proactive and customer-focused mindset
A current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
