Pharmacy Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Retail Floor Manager to lead our retail team.

As a growing company, we integrate hospital, community and compounding pharmacy services across NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and mentor the retail team.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate & deliver in-store promotions, merchandising standards and supplier trainings.
- Support site manager in setting retail rosters according to business needs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy.
