As a Floor Manager, you will be our Senior Beauty Advisor and you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

Overview

You will play a key role in driving a selling culture, coaching the team, and using data to support store operations while delivering Sephora's premium beauty experience.

Responsibilities
  • Be the role model to your team by showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPI's and continually raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development.
  • Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
  • Work across all categories (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness) and store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to represent the Sephora brand.
  • A commitment to maintaining a strong, positive culture where everyone is valued and supported through feedback, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • A track record of driving results and exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
Other Considerations
  • Open to rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Availability for 5 full days across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holidays.
