This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians with 5+ years of clinical paediatric experience to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
We're Progress Pathways, a growing, values-driven clinic with practices in Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads. We welcome graduates for our programs but are primarily seeking experienced clinicians to contribute to our expanding team.
About the RoleWe're seeking 1–2 Speech Pathologists to join our Kedron/North Lakes team, supporting children under 12 years.
Your work will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Implementing tailored therapy plans, including video interaction interventions to empower families
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, with unlimited CPD and career development opportunities as we grow
- Provide high-quality paediatric speech-language pathology services to children under 12
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of paediatric allied health professionals
- Deliver family-centered care and empower families through therapy and resources
- Utilise video interaction interventions as part of therapy plans
- Registration – Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, with eligibility to work in Queensland
- 5+ years of paediatric clinical experience
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
- Experience working with diverse clients and team members
- Competitive salary – $100,000–$130,000+ pa (incl. super), based on experience and caseload preferences, plus a laptop and travel allowance
- Flexible work design – options include a 4-day week, 9-day fortnight, or other flexible hours; clinics with opportunities for school and kindy visits
- Up to 5 weeks annual leave – with bonus leave earned from the first 6 months
