Hi, I'm Bec, Co-founder and Managing Director of Progress Pathways.
Over the past 3.5 years, our small but mighty team of 12 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads.

Brings 5+ years of clinical paediatric experience

About the Role
We're seeking 1-2 Speech Pathologists to join our Kedron team, supporting children under 12 years.
Your work will include:
Understanding each family's needs
Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Implementing tailored therapy plans, including video interaction interventions to empower families
Building strong, trusting relationships with families
You'll have autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and career development opportunities as we grow

– Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, with eligibility to work in Queensland.

– Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Additional requirements:
Speech Pathologists
–
5+ years of paediatric experience
supporting NDIS participants, including report writing, is highly valued.
