Our North Lakes practice is growing, and we're seeking one experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician with 5+ years of clinical paediatric experience to take the next step in a supportive, collaborative, and rewarding environment.

Over the past 3.5 years, our small but mighty team of 12 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads.

About the Role

We're seeking 1-2 Speech Pathologists to join our Kedron team, supporting children under 12 years.

Your work will include:

Understanding each family's needs

Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments

Implementing tailored therapy plans, including video interaction interventions to empower families

Building strong, trusting relationships with families

You'll have autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and career development opportunities as we grow

– Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, with eligibility to work in Queensland.

Additional requirements:

Speech Pathologists
–
5+ years of paediatric experience
supporting NDIS participants, including report writing, is highly valued.
