The role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Victorian Warehouse in Tarneit. This hands-on role involves leading our warehouse and distribution team to ensure efficient movement of products into and out of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, team leadership, OH&S, pallet control, and inventory processes, fostering success through a motivated, team-oriented approach.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing warehouse operations to meet performance targets related to inventory control, team leadership, service quality, and safety standards.
  • Handling our PRONTO warehouse management system, including RF picking.
  • Overseeing the preparation and accurate picking of daily deliveries to meet targets efficiently.
  • Managing receipt of inbound goods, ensuring timely and accurate inventory updates.
  • Building a collaborative team environment focused on engagement and achievement of company goals.
  • Overseeing and approving warehouse expenses.
  • Recommending process improvements for continual enhancement of operations.

  • Be prepared to work hands-on alongside your team.
  • Be an enthusiastic leader with a drive to succeed in warehouse/distribution roles.
  • Be familiar with electronic warehouse management systems.
  • Have demonstrated team leadership, motivation, and results delivery.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be proactive, motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess knowledge of OH&S policies; related experience is preferred.
  • Have a flexible, hands-on approach and be willing to work hard.
  • Hold a LO or LF licence.
  • Be able to work one Saturday per month.
