YOUR ROLE

The Account Manager Diagnostics & Blood Collection Consumables will be a strategic asset to our Sales team, under the guidance of the National Sales Manager. This strategic sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer engagement across public and private hospitals, pathology laboratories, and diagnostic service providers. The main focus will be on promoting and selling blood collection consumables (e.g., Greiner blood tubes, accessories, swabs) and diagnostic products, ensuring retention of existing business and acquisition of new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving set sales revenue targets for diagnostic and blood collection consumables.
  • Drive product adoption in hospitals, pathology labs, and diagnostic centers.
  • Manage a portfolio of clinical customers including pathology providers, hospital procurement teams, and laboratory managers.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the hospital and pathology sectors.

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree qualified - Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a healthcare or life sciences field. Clinical or pathology-related qualifications required.
  • Proven experience in selling diagnostic or clinical consumables.
  • Strong relationships within hospitals, pathology labs, and diagnostic providers
  • Strong business acumen - understanding of setting customer pricing and margin management
  • Proficient computer skills - MS Excel, Teams, and online ordering programs.
