About the Role

As a key member of our Queensland operations team, you'll be responsible for:

1. Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
2. Supervising and supporting frontline cleaning staff, fostering a respectful and high performing team culture.
3. Demonstrating a flexible approach to undertake cleaning duties if necessary and support special projects.
4. Overseeing rosters and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll principles.
5. Reviewing budget sheets, managing costs, and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
6. Problem solving operational challenges with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
7. Monitoring safety and incident reporting, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
8. Contributing to business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in client service, operations, or facilities management (cleaning industry experience a plus).
• Leadership and communication skills, with a passion for supporting frontline teams, including mentoring and training.
• Confidence in managing budgets, rosters, and administrative systems.
• Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel locally as needed.
