We're looking for a Client Services Manager to join our established team and help us deliver exceptional service across our commercial cleaning contracts, with particular emphasis on strategic clients.

About the Role
As a key member of our Queensland operations team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
- Supervising and supporting frontline cleaning staff, fostering a respectful and high performing team culture.
- Demonstrating a flexible approach to undertake cleaning duties if necessary and support special projects.
- Overseeing rosters and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll principles.
- Reviewing budget sheets, managing costs, and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
- Problem solving operational challenges with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
- Monitoring safety and incident reporting, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Contributing to business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in client service, operations, or facilities management (cleaning industry experience a plus).
- Leadership and communication skills, with a passion for supporting frontline teams, including mentoring and training.
- Confidence in managing budgets, rosters, and administrative systems.
- Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel locally as needed.
