Security Officers - Townsville Shopping Centre
Looking for a role where no two shifts are the same? Join Trident Services Australia as a Retail Security Officer and help create a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers — while building your career in a supportive, professional team. We're currently hiring casual Security Officers with the opportunity to move into permanent roles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and front-line support
  • Identify and manage potential risks proactively
  • Respond to medical and security incidents
  • Accurately report and record incidents
  • Follow emergency protocols and support emergency services
  • Use conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
Requirements
  • Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first attitude
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards
  • Experience in regulated environments (desirable)
