Transactional Attorney Associate | Investment Team

Seeking a talented and motivated Transactional Attorney Associate to join our practice. The Investment Team primarily represents capital providers in debt and equity investment activities, offering a unique opportunity to work across the capital structure and gain experience with a diverse range of transactions.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • 2–6 years of transactional experience, ideally in finance or corporate law.
  • Experience representing lenders, investors, or companies in debt, equity, or M&A transactions is preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to manage complex matters independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.

This role will be ONSITE in Charlotte, NC.
