• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional deals in sports, entertainment, and IP.
• Handle licensing, sponsorship, media rights, production deals, and talent agreements with ease.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 3–6+ years of experience in sports law, entertainment law, or intellectual property transactions.
• A JD in hand and admission to the relevant state bar in good standing.
• Confidence, clarity, and a client-first mindset.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
