Financial Transaction Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions for assigned clients and attorneys.
  • Navigate client systems and handle adjustments to PDF and electronic bills.
  • Configure and maintain electronic billing profiles with e-billing vendors.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and unbilled time and costs.

Beyond the Basics:

  • Responsibly manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including attorneys, administrative assistants, clients, and other team members.
