Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney to join growing Fund Finance practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience and a proven track record in handling subscription credit facilities. This role requires excellent technical skills, the ability to work independently, and the interpersonal aptitude to build strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • 3–5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience in a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in subscription credit facilities; familiarity with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate financing documents for complex transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to in-office collaboration and direct client interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and move transactions forward independently.
  • Active bar membership in good standing (North Carolina preferred or ability to waive in).

This role will sit ONSITE out of Charlotte, NC.
