Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the below skillset:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strong knowledge of the business process.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business.
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated business administration experience, involving the use of Xero and CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
- Administrative Tasks: General business administrative duties and support which include answering phone calls, actioning emails professionally and efficiently.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
- Data entry as necessary to maintain the Association's member database systems including CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring member contacts are accurate and current.
- Support our team to provide service excellence to our members.
- Maintain records, work with key stakeholders and help develop strong consumer demand.
- Booking of flights, accommodation, hire cars and creating itineraries.
- Events: Assist with the coordination of the Perth Caravan & Camping Shows and the Busselton Caravan & Camping Shows, including bump in & bump out.
- Organise events which includes arranging AV, catering, creating and distributing invitations, recording RSVPs and apologies, conducting follow-up actions as appropriate.
- Coordinate member training events, webinars, seminars and functions.
- Processing and following up outstanding payments.
- Complete all invoicing and renewal processes.
- Coordinate credit card reconciliations, raising, processing and coding invoices.
- Accuracy in all financial proceedings; being accountable for end-to-end process.
- Process: Create and maintain governance registers, policies, procedures, calendars and compliance.
- Brand Management: On our website, update and maintain Member and Exhibitor listings. Coordinate our exclusive Members Toolkit, loading and organising resources.
