Join a growing, values-led organisation that spans The Skin Lab Brisbane (dermatology & aesthetic medicine) and a network of long-standing childcare centres. We need an experienced Bookkeeper who can own the numbers and run a fortnightly payroll of ~150 heads while enjoying genuine flexibility (choose 3, 4 or 5 days per week and mix office / WFH).

What you'll do

  • End-to-end bookkeeping inXeroacross several entities
  • AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journals, month-end and BAS/IAS
  • Fortnightly payrollfor ~150 staff (Health Professionals & Support Services Award + Children's Services Award) including super, STP 2 and payroll tax
  • Maintain employee records, leave accruals and onboarding details
  • Prepare monthly management reports and cash-flow summaries for the CEO & external accountants
  • Liaise with clinic managers and centre directors on invoicing, debtor follow-up and budget queries
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2 years'bookkeeping & payroll experience (50+ staff; 150 preferred)
  • Proven Xero skills; Excel pivot tables & cloud-based payroll add-ons (Deputy, KeyPay or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Australian awards, super & ATO reporting deadlines
  • Eye for detail, calm under pressure and clear, professional communication style
  • Background inmedical, allied health, childcare or multi-site retailstrongly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously 3–5 days per week with at least one day in our Brisbane CBD HQ
