This role involves managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics, and small projects execution while supporting sales and ensuring proper documentation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. It also includes handling complaints, tracking deviations, managing budgets, and ensuring timely procurement and installation in line with Bühler's project management processes.

This is where you'll excel

  • Handle enquiries, compile quotations and generate orders and organise deliveries to customers
  • Shipping and logistics tracking and arrangements for BMEL orders, managing the order to delivery process by working with various stakeholders including shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery and completion
  • Project Management responsibility on small projects
  • Handle the dccumentation and tracking complaints through Buhler Complaint Management system (CAQ)
  • Prepare all necessary project execution specification for purchase orders for the responsible scope of work
  • Coordination : Support Project Manager to ensure a proper project execution according the Bühler Project Management process and provide technical support to Claim and Deviation Management
  • Responsible for managing budget of the assigned part of the project, including cost and quality of subcontracted design services

These are the skills you'll need
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office programs
  • ACAD 2D and 3D proficient
  • Qualification in Engineering, preferably at graduate level
  • Experience with generating quotations, orders and dealing with supply and delivery logistics
  • Ability to interpret diagrams, technical drawings and machine manuals
  • Ability to deal with clients and suppliers
